I’m super excited to inaugurate our monthly product updates with our accomplishments this April. We’ve spent the better part of the past two months putting together the all-in-one platform that helps you find small businesses for sale faster and easier than ever before.

Let’s jump right in!

SMB Database

You can now explore a database of over 2.7M businesses in the United States. Smobi currently enables you to filter businesses by industry, location, business model, and established year, with more filters coming soon on our roadmap. Leveraging 3rd-party partners and our AI agents, we provide key business financials such as revenue and decision maker information. Additionally, we've included any SBA-related loans taken out by these businesses, including PPP and 7A loans.

Export these business leads to lists for further enrichment with additional information.

AI-Assisted Search

While we’ve collected a large amount of data on these small businesses, we know that people need information that can be tailored to each individual and companies use case. You can ask any question about the businesses in your lists, and our AI agents will strive to answer them using proprietary and publicly available data.

Aggregated Listings

We've revamped much of the underlying logic in how we aggregate listings, now supporting a wider array of filters. Gain insights into relevant sales comparables for each listing and model out the acquisition process. You can model each acquisition using a combination of down-payment, bank loan, and investor equity. 

Recognizing that online listings can be vague and misleading, we've launched our Business Identifier, which is currently in Beta. This feature aims to identify the underlying business entity corresponding with a listed business, providing further information such as financial revenue, public loan data, and key decision maker contact information.

Daily Updates

Never miss a deal by saving searches based on your acquisition criteria and receive a daily list of new business listings that match your preferences. Our updates are sent daily at 8 AM, ensuring you start your day with the most up-to-date listings to analyze.
